Hello Roberts Family! Just wanted to let you know how well Clyde is doing. He is the easiest horse to train. He does everything you ask him to do & more. As you can see from the pictures, I am now riding him  bareback (my favorite) . We are finally getting some rain. We fertilized just before the  rains started & what a change. We have to be careful with Clyde & all of the lush grass. He loves to eat (remember) & is already getting a grass belly. I am guessing that your weather is much better by now as well. I saw that you sold Sarge. I am always on your website. I can't stay away. The tribute to the foal you lost was so touching. It is just another way of showing what we already knew--that you truly care about your animals. I would take 2 or 3 more Clydes if I had the room. But at least we have him. Let me know how everyone is doing when you get some spare time. I will try to get pictures to you a little more often.

Take care,

Teri & Frank

Hi!  I hope you all enjoyed your vacation.  Just wanted to drop you a quick email to let you know Kody is doing great.  He is such a sweet
boy!  He is a big hit with everyone that meets him. My nephew wants him for his own..........and he doesn't even ride!
I attached a few pics of him turned out in the pasture.  He loves going out, of course he only gets to do so if its dry.............wouldn't want him to get muddy! Ha!
Take care and I'll stay
in touch!

Dear Mark and Angie,
I had the most wonderful evening trail ride last night.  Probably
among my most favorite trail rides of all times, and I have owned
various types of horses for 25 years.  There were three of us .  My
friends Jennifer and Shelley on their Walkers and myself with Rebel.
He was a pure gentleman from beginning to end.  We were amazed that
for a 4 yr old, he could be shipped 15 hrs away, meet a new owner, and
ride in all new surroundings and smells the next day.  We rode over
wooden bridges, open trails, very small trails, up a dam area to the
most amazing sunset over the lake.  It has been so hot and dry down
here that we can't ride until after 7:00 pm.  Our ride finished when
it was nearly dark with Rebel in the lead taking us back to the barn.
My past experiences on the trail, I have always been more comfortable
in the rear position because my APHA horse at 9 yrs old was not ever
brave enough to lead.   Rebel was not fazed at all by the two big dogs
with us that were running up from all directions chasing squirrels, a
big dirt mover that was clearing a lot, or all the other strange
things that pop up in the subdivision that we cut through to get to
the trails.
Thank you so much for everything you both have done for me.  I will
cherish all my time with Rebel.  He is so sweet and handsome, I am
sure my husband will be jealous of all the attention I give
Rebel . . . just kidding. . . he has been used to all that over the
years!  I am so looking forward to future adventures with my new
horse, Rebel.  Pictures will follow soon.

Lets stay in touch,

Susanne

Mark and Angie-

Wanted to send you a quick email to let you know Riley is doing great.  She is
so darn beautiful I just want to stand around and look at her.  She unloaded
fine and we stuck her in the one stall we have.  She dug right in to the hay,
drank well and was munching on her grain.  She is very personable.  I was
picking the stall and putting in new shavings and she didn't care the least
bit.  It started pouring down rain when we were out at the barn and she got
worked up some, but not too bad considering things.

It was very nice visiting with you and your father-in-law.  We have been
fortunate to meet some VERY nice people through the horses.  Would love to ride
with you all sometime this summer if you are ever at LBL or Wranglers.  We also
go to Midwest in Indiana and it would be well worth your trip there.  They are
having a huge gaited horse weekend in June that should be a blast...they are
letting people showcase their horses at different times during the weekend.
Would be great if you all could come.

Thanks so much for everything.  You can tell your horses are VERY well taken
care of and loved.

I just wanted update you on the Tennessee Walking Horse, Just Tex, that I purchased from your farm in January of this year.  He is a good natured horse.  We've been on several trail rides together, and he has done very well.  He crosses creeks well and has overcome his nervousness around the barn.  He fits is very well with our other Tennessee Walking horse.  I am in the process of teaching him to park out and am amazed and how quickly he is learning.  Roscoe, you were right about the "Cash" bloodline..  He is a great horse!

Roscoe, Mark and Angie,

My daughter and I just got back from a trail ride.  I am attaching a couple pictures that my daughter made.  "Mule Man" on a Tennessee Walking Horse.  : )    The South Carolina sun has lightened  his color a bit.  We had a great ride.  A couple weeks ago I took him to Harmon's Den with some buddies of mine.  He has not disappointed me.  We are having a great time together.

Sandra,
We couldn't have wished our sweet girl

You'll make a great team, and we can't wait to see!
We sure do miss her, but I'm sure she is just as spoiled in Texas, as she was in Tennessee.
